I hope all is well with you. Here's a nifty idea with literally Dozen's of opportunities!

Coming soon in December is the date 12/12/12. It won't happen for another 100 years, so it's probably a once in a lifetime opportunity for most of us.

And it's a little different than the "Happy ChrismaHannuKwanzakah" messages people are barraged with this time of year, so it helps cut through the clutter.

You can create special events, promotions, etc. using something as simple as an interesting date. For example I had a client (4 years ago) and we did a "Crazy 8's!" promotion on August 8, 2008 (8/8/08). Take it out to 9/9/09. 10/10/10 and 11/11/11 - we did something with all of them.

Call it a Day of Dozen's, December Dozen Day, Triple 12's, offer ascending discounts - Buy 1 save 12%, buy 2 save 24%, buy 3 save 36% (Although I strongly recommend you not compete on price alone. I have a whole seminar on that.) If you create a special occasion for the discount then your clients know it's special and not something you do regularly so they won't come to expect it.

Play around with this and get creative.
