Great stuff guys! I have a similar story to Rogers where I landed an ongoing National US TV/Radio gig for a big company (they want me to keep it secret as its a character). All from my home studio. I've since moved near an airport so I have new challenges. I had a pro voice booth built (which is great) But I still get a bit of rumble when the big jets take off. Now planning my next permanent studio on the ground level with no windows and extended ceiling. Lots of planning and design. Will hopefully send some pics if I have another great year

Great video.  Thanks guys!  Love the comment from Roger about getting the Nick spot after just letting go.  That's gotta be the toughest for me - getting out of my own way!  Ha!
