HAPPY BIRTHDAY!  Celebrated mine today.  I hope you and your family are well.  It's cold in the Pensacola area.  My mom called from New Jersey today to report 8 inches of snow and still falling.  Stay warm.

Hi John: In honor of your birthday, I sat down and wrote you a
song. Here are the lyrics . . . .”This is your Birthday Song,
It isn’t very long . . . “

And many more . . . !

Hi John!

I know you’ve been a member of Voiceover Universe for some time, but I wanted to introduce one of our groups to you.

I hope you'll check out and join a group called MARKETING FOR FUN AND PROFIT. It's a group dedicated to discussing ways we can market ourselves - what works; what doesn't. You’ll find some very interesting ideas and concepts there! And we would appreciate your input. Click here for the link: MARKETING FOR FUN AND PROFIT!

Thanks for your time! I trust our paths will cross soon!

Best to ya!

Hi John,

Just thought I would update you on my long brewing tech situation. I've picked up an RE-20 and some acoustic panels, got myself a iMac and Mbox Mini... now for the preamp!

Thanks again for all your help!

Hi John. I heard your faux-dition for the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon contest. Best of luck. Who knows, we could be in the top ten! I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi John,

Always nice to make friends with a fellow techie!

On the demos I'm using a GML 2032. For the long form work I do, I get copy changes sometimes a year or longer after the initial recording, so I wanted something that wouldn't drift (sound wise) like tubes tend to do. Make no mistake, I really liked the Voxbox too, but for what I do I'm happier with the George Massenburg unit.

Thanks for the input, John. If you don't mind me asking... what are you moving to and why are you moving away from the Manley Voxbox? I've heard good things about it.
