That whole set of closely related dialects from Cleveland across to Chicago up into Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota are really interesting. A woman I met in Cleveland, knowing what I do for a living, once apologized to me for the way the people of Cleveland speak English. Almost like it was a crime against language itself! I assured her there was nothing to apologize for. If you grow up in Cleveland, you're probably gonna have a Cleveland accent, right?
As for Wisconsin, whenever I watched That 70s Show, I always enjoyed the exaggerated Wisconsin accent Donna's dad has. How come nobody else in the cast--all from Wisconsin--has that accent? :)
