I know you’ve been a member of Voiceover Universe for some time, but I wanted to introduce one of our groups to you.
I hope you'll check out and join a group called MARKETING FOR FUN AND PROFIT. It's a group dedicated to discussing ways we can market ourselves - what works; what doesn't. You’ll find some very interesting ideas and concepts there! And we would appreciate your input. Click here for the link: MARKETING FOR FUN AND PROFIT!
Thanks for your time! I trust our paths will cross soon!
i think they might have you confused with the late alison steele of WNEW (Songbird) she passed away in 1995 at the age of 58 due to stomach cancer, she was one of the first female voices to break through the barriers! In fact chuck britton and I both worked chicago radio(Super CFL)John Driscoll
I'd been in radio for more years that I care to remember. Was with WLS /Chicago thru the 80's. I remember hearing you the first time on the air in New York and in all honesty I felt that you were the 1st female voice I'd heard that had any credability. Have been a fan of yours for years and I just wanted to wish you continued success. Be good to yourself. Sincerely Chuck
CONGRATULATIONS!! Oh my goodness -- you're in the thick of it. I have b/g twins, too. They just turned 5. We really have to chat. I've been neck deep in Twins Clubs activities these past five years. I can't believe I still have a career. But I do. Somehow, we have all survived. Send me an email next time you come up for air: firstname.lastname@example.org
hey, alyson! Been to Gold's lately??
I had to stop when I got pregnant with the twins, but now I'm ready to get back to it. I see you've got your own studio set up. awesome! I'm getting ready to set up a phone patch or isdn but haven't decided which one to opt for. cheers,
Any plans of adding Source Connect soon? Love your demos. I am both talent and studio and I'm developing a core group of "Source Connectees" to expand our studio talent pool. SC's been working absolutely beautifully for us and am trying to connect with other talent who have it or are getting it...
oh! well don't i feel sheepish :) sorry for the mixup but i'm hoping you get that sometimes, i had no idea the "first" Allison Steele had passed away......you think someone would have told me back then!
welcome to the family anyway..........hope you're having fun and learning a lot here like I am! --T
