Good morning! I just wanted to hear some feedback on the new voices.com. I like parts of it. Other parts appear to be a little confusing but that may just be the newness of it. Is newness even a word? :)

Looks a lot better! If anyone is having trouble with their demos being played, it appears to be a Firefox vs. Internet Explorer issue.

Thank you for starting this discussion. Thank you all also for your thoughts. I'm pleased to say that we've solved over 459 bugs over the last 3 weeks and we're solving more every minute.

Any launch comes with unpredictable outcomes and what you are seeing is proof of that fact.

Day two -- they have many of the problems fixed -- but not all.
It seems as though we members are making them keenly aware of the bugs.

Mine are there but they don't play! They probably should have waited to launch it until all the kinks were worked out. :)

Just checked and ALL, yes ALL my demos have gone and been replaced by loads of other peoples!! The bastards!! You might want to check yours too.

Yeah, it would be a couple of days before they get all the bugs smoothed out. I noticed that too, Darren. I've also noticed that nothing new is coming in.

Terry & Diane,

I even called them today as I had 150 auditions with no filters... do I look like a native German woman or a 7 year old Nimbabwian kid?!! They said that they're aware of this bug and it's being sorted so we can have our auditions filtered again.

I also noticed that there's no facility to deleted whole bunches of auditions, so I had to open it, find out what it was, press delete, then ok to confirm. SOD THAT!! I told her that as such, I can't audition until it's resolved as they shouldn't excpect me to have to wade through 150 of the bastards until I find something that's applicable!

I had the same trouble and submitted the problems to the feedback section. Yeah, I would say the "download scripts" one is a biggie. :)

Another comment, who ever belongs to voices, needs to get to their site asap and make the necessary changes. You will need to go to your profile and almost redo everything. The problems I've had (which live chat said they would fix) are:

1. can't download scripts
2. your primary demo has been changed to another demo - go into your demos and click "primary demo" on
the one you want.
3. Demo order has been changed - you need to go into each demo and number it in the "order box"
4. I've been getting all open jobs, not just the ones that apply to me. Instead of
just "Female" "American English", I'm getting "Male", "German", "Spanish"....... Make sure in your
preferences all options are clicked correctly.
