An award winning panel reviews the debut audiobook narrated by William Boyns. Aged just 4 years he already captivates his audience, whose chants of “more”, “more” can be heard once the story comes to an end.
Having already recorded telephone ring tones, a promo (well, a “fauxdition” for ABC News), and more recently been heard singing, William decided to turn the tables on the bedtime story genre, and started telling the story back at me. It seemed a natural progression to develop this, and it turned into a production I hope worthy of his talents.
Judging from the response received thus far, William has an exciting future.... it's even be suggested he'll provide for my retirement, but in fact I've aready received the best reward - I got to see the look of joy on his face when he listened to the finished result for the first time.
Many thanks too, to Scott Brick, Alan Sklar, Marc Cashman, George Guidall, James Clamp, Pat Fraley, and Simon Vance for joining in the fun and providing their expert reviews.
Please feel free to share - seems like this is the week for promoting talents called William (btw good luck to Ted)
