- HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
- I have been working in Media as an On-Camera actor for two decades and more. As a Voice Actor I did my first VO work in the late 1980's. I was part of a VO Group in Florida and made a good living at it in all the major studios in Central Florida, Disney, Universal and more. On a Loop Group I did dozens of TV shows and movies. I started engineering my own work in the 1990s. Now I produce and edit about 90% of my own work - and rarely see studios other than my own.
I also produce and deliver finished projects for radio, TV, internet and other media utilizing other voice actors. I have a great ear for talent, and produce VO workshops on a semi-regular basis, and give "on-Mic" private lessons to the eager talented few.

- LANGUAGES
- English is my primary. Although born in Arkansas, reared in Alabama, and a Graduate Theatre student at Ole Miss, plus 5 years in Nashville before I ended up in Florida; I speak with a clean accent free American English. While in college I learned the International Phonetic Alphabet and taught myself Midwestern American Standard English. It is my most comfortable voice. I also do a variety of American regional dialects and British and UK stylings as well. I can pronounce French, but I wouldn't jump on that right away...
- VOICE DESCRIPTION
- Pleasant, trustworthy, accurate, smooth and mellow. Friendly, authoritative and intelligent. The guy next door, the guy you listen to for directions on a website, or the voice describing how "Mr. Beaver constructs his dam for the coming winter." The man from nowhere, or anywhere you need. North, south, east, west or across the pond.
Age range from young adult to ripe middle age.
- DIALECTS, Character voices and vocal impressions
- Standard American Midwestern (no accent) - New York, New Jersey, Chicago. Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi dialects.
A quite accurate Scottish Brogue. Clean informed British "London" English. Northern English trash 'wif dem syllables missin' ; and good old heard it before Cockney... Aussie, and more... Ask me, I'll give it shot and if I can't hit it, I'll let you know.

Macbook Pro i7 8GB RAM, 7200 RPM 500GB drive. Sound Studio for simple mono voice tracks and easy editing. Garage Band if I need to mix multiple voices of sound effects or supply music beds. Sonic Fire Pro4 for soundtracking.
(I can do Protools if you put a gun to my head, but I hate it.)
I can deliver in ANY file format at any resolution. Both audio and Video. FTP preferred. I don't do ISDN but have access to others who are ISDN ready if you need it. I am VERY tech savvy, just ask: I can deliver.
