Yes, Paul is correct IMHO. But you are aware we're in an awful business. It's called Advertising. My favorite episodic is Mad Men. But, reality is much worse. The other gotcha is, any intellectual...

Hi Valentino,
Yeah Mahn! Paradise Island would be a great place to work. I've been there many times, Radio Abaco isn't streaming yet. But we have plans to get 'em on the internet. They just got their TV license and are half way up with the TV Studio.
I wish I had time to go diving. We've been to Grand Cayman a few times and it was fabulous.
Best Regards
Pat

I am former Resident DJ with Club Med Paradise Island in the Bahamas and boy do I miss the family islands including Abaco, Harbour Island, Eleuthera and Grand Bahama. Is Radio Abaco streaming live?
they fired me for being at the top of the pay scale (& the bank pulling the owners plug) . I got back last night from a week in Marsh Harbor, Bahamas. Not as glam as it sounds, crawing around in two transmitter shacks replacing nasty coax and a transmitter that got hit by lightning. The good news is, Radio Abaco is now on the Air.
We should get together for lunch, week after next, i'll be in Fort Lauderdale for

VU is a good place to network with Industry folks and a good place to learn....Welcome from the "kid"from Wiggle (WIGL) LOL...I used to think to myself someday I'll grow up to be just like Pat Appleson...and I still think that.
You know, he's "nearly famous".......
Me, I'm just a local wanker.

Funny you should ask - Cliff Richard is my uncle! He says, "hello."
Great to meet you!
Cheers -
Chris.
p.s. Cliff Richard is not my uncle.
Nice meeting you too!
"Scope of the work". That makes it sound really big deal. But, I guess to some
folks it is. I'm the Official Still Photographer for the event. Who Know's maybe
I'll introduce Rick Shaw to the crowd. For this event, I'm a "baby Geezer". I was
certainly around and in the Radio biz in the sixties, but up in Detroit. And some of the performers have at least 10 or more years on me. You know what they say, it' not how old you are, it's how you feel. And, I still feel like I'm "18 with a Bullet".
Best Regards
Pat
