HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
“I don’t like your singing voice, but I think you could talk,” one producer said to Nancy in the late 1980s. That began her voiceover/acting career .
Nancy plays a wide range of characters or soothing announcers for clients around the United States.
Nancy is a character actor, instrumentalist, and voiceover artist who sings lead with the bluegrass group, Shades Mountain Air. Her diverse background includes singing opera, commercial jingles, and torch songs with big bands.
Nancy studied music at Baylor University and the College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. She makes her home in Homewood, Ala. with her husband and two children, Lily and Hank.
“I love the fact that I speak and people pay me money, “ Nancy says.
I don’t know of a better job out there anywhere.
