You are AWESOME!
Thanks for the quick response. I will follow your advice and contact Jim.
Would you suggest a Studio Projects C3 for me with the MBOX 2 just to improve the quality a little.
I know I can by without an additional pre-amp - but I wanted to improve the quality a little.....
Thanks SO much for the suggestions.
Thanks for the info...
You could always use SC and a "bridge" (like outofhear), so your client hooks up isdn and you're on SC. Of course, it'll cost ya about $80 or so... don't know exactly, but if it's a recurring gig or a large paying one it could justify the cost.
I'm having a senior moment, did I ever respond to you re your Source Connect question? I hope so... let me know... I don't want to leave you hangin'...
Thanks for the add and for being part of Susan's group and taking the time to listen. If I can answer any other questions for you please don't hesitate ask, I'll do the best I can to respond in a timely manner. Until then, I wish you well with your VO path... maybe we can exchange info since I'm IT challenged:)
HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
Between having received my Bachelors in Electrical Engineer from Stevens Institute of Technology and having been in the Tech Support industry (from both the desktop and software support sides) for over 18 years, I'm well versed in all fields technological.
I've got 30+ years of experience in music and 20+ years in theater that has helped build my vocal strength and dexterity. This background has allowed me to be able to make the potentially scary world of computers and IT less so to those not familiar with it.
RECENTLY BOOKED PROJECTS
Roberto Brambilla Associates, Novo Nordisk, Entertainment Design Group, WMUR-TV, Fallon's Furniture, Netezza, Volunteering to read podcasts for AIRS-LA, Palladium Group, Service Credit Union (TV & Radio), Ingersoll Rand, 94Fifty, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont
VOICE DESCRIPTION
A natural tone with casual spontaneity. Warm and friendly, educated and professional, or smooth with a hint of gravel - depending on what's needed for the copy.
"A deep, round Montagne Saint-Emilion, with a warm smokey vanilla tenor hint balanced by bright citrus accents on the top."
DIALECTS, Character voices and vocal impressions
New England, New York, Midwest, Southern, Standard American English
