In honor of your birthday, I sat down and wrote you a
song. Here are the lyrics . . . .”This is your Birthday Song,
It isn’t very long . . . “ And many more . . . !
Excellent! I attended the VOICE 2010 Conference in LA and stayed for a month. My summer was awesome! Going to LA was the best thing for my career. Was able to re-edit my on-camera and VO demos just recently. Also, got new headshots in LA while there. Up and running in Voice123.com and Voices.com. It's been extremely busy. Teach music/chorus/drama as well. Keep me updated in the screenplays. I write scripts for my students to perform, so I think that's great that you're a writer as well.
Hope your summer was fabulous too. Sounded like it!
First of all thank you for accepting my friendship request and your reply! The market is indeed saturated and I can imagine the challenges associated with getting an opportunity to be heard professionally! You have an awesome talent with a unique sound that connects with your words and style!! When that opportunity comes....your gift (talent) will keep those opportunities coming!! Remain encouraged...your breaking of day is near!
"The gift that navigates the essence of our talents that shine through our voice - begins deep within the character that flows from our hearts! Good luck and much success with your awesome talent!!!
Relatively new to the term spec but you seemed to define it for me. That's interesting. Sounds like you don't get paid if the spec script is not distributed. If the script is shelved, that's a bummer. Keep me posted on other production work in NYC. That's my second home. Finished grad school @ NYU in '04.
So sorry that it took me months to write back. No, it's not a franchised agency. I live in a right to work state, although there are franchised agencies in GA. Real People is not one of them. Hope to see you at Voice2010.
