HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
My performance career has seen a wide range of avenues, beginning with the flute in elementary school. From there, I realized my most comfortable place in life was on stage, in front of the microphone and on screen.
I've been a stage performer for over 10 years, focusing on musical theater. I majored in vocal performance and fell in love with opera and classical singing. After a year I decided to switch my major to broadcast journalism where I found my passion for voice over and voice acting. I was a radio show host for three years, news anchor/reporter, and performed in a variety of audio productions, including, radio commercials, promos, radio plays, and documentary narration.
Since college I moved to Los Angeles from my small town in Minnesota and began experimenting with classical singing mixed with hip hop artists in a unique crossover genre of music. I attended the BangZoom! Adventures in Voice Acting workshop with Tony Oliver, where I solidified my goals to become a professional voice actor. I've been progressing through the entertainment industry as an actor, singer and video editor ever since.
