HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
I started my voice over career in Italy in 1996 while working as a journalist. When I started working as a radio news editor and news presenter I found that I was enjoying recording imaging, links, ads etc more than reading the news so I decided to focus on voice overs rather than journalism!
I then moved to London in 1998 and continued my voice over work both in Italian and English, covering radio, TV documentaries, IVR/on hold messages, E-learning, audio guides, animation, website prompts and corporate videos.
I'm currently the voice of on hold messages for Expedia and its related companies in Italy.
Past and current clients include Expedia, Dr Scholl, Blok Media, Mediatrade, Viaden Media, Alitalia, EDreams, Simponi, TwistedHero, Novell, HCOM, BUSUU E-learning, International Hoteliers Club, Systagenix, Carfour Viaggi, Hotel Air China and various international DJs.

Thanks for your time! I trust our paths will cross soon!
Hi there, I'm so sorry I didn't reply to this months ago! Thank you for welcoming me to this great website! My last name is quite funny to pronounce (and spell!) in Italian too. Most people say Monte-MARIO. It's pronounced with the "g" like in "gnocchi", nasal sound. I hope you're all keeping well! ciao ciao :O)
Hi Laura! Recognized your name from the Facebook page for the Voiceovers On Demand podcast...........welcome! We have a group here too if you'd like to join. This place is awesome, just be careful not to get addicted like I have! :)
Welcome to Voiceover Universe, Laura. Feel free to add yours demos, blog, join groups and network! My guess, Joe... I'd say Laura's last name is Mahn-Teh-Mahg-no ???? My pronunciation of her name has a Spanish accent, but you're Italian and would no much better than I.
