Hi Kyle,
Nancy is a terrific lady and any friend of hers is a friend of mine! I listened to your demo and you have a really good contemporary sound. I'm setting up my workshops for January '09 and would really like to talk with you, so either email me at: promoteach@aol.com, or you can call me at 805-526-7275.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you,
Joyce
keep plugging away. you have the talent for this.. check out the rock station I program.. www.rock967.com I am Foley as in Matt Foley (living in a van down by the river) The motivational speaker.
Hey dood.. I am in central Ca. married with a six year old. I am still doing the radio thing. I am an operations manager in charge of 6 radio stations..well at least the programming side of the radio stations. Its stressful and crazy. thank god I am on the creative end of the radio biz. I would love to chuck it all and be a full time Voice Actor but until that day comes I'll stick with it. I try to do both.. finding the time is difficult. So your daughter is 12 now.. wow.. I guess it has been that long.. I remember you hookin up with that gal after I left Dallas. I saw you on TV shortly after.. I about fell out of my chair. what ever happened to Sally Jesse? I was yelling at the screen "hey that's Squeeeeeege!! Its very cool you have your Daughter with you.. My brother lives in LA/Santa Monica-Venice beach area.. He has been doing the Single Dad thing.. his Daughter is now 19 and in College. Time flys by..
It great that you are now working in the medium that you love. I miss the Janitor character you used to do by slowing down the reel to reel machine.. god that was funny.. every time you did it Pat would freak and peel more skin off his melon.. I think we drove him to drink.. he got out of the radio business and went back to school. Last I heard he was still in Dallas. Craig is in Indiana racing outlaw sprint cars. Dave was still at ABC Radio Nets. Ward is at XM so is Matt Wolf last I heard. Lee went over to Tribune and I am in Podunk California. Now where the hell is Wipe Out?!!
I am hoping to go to the NYC Anime Festival, and I was checking out the website and saw that you are one of the guests. Just wondering, are there multiple voice actor panels or just one with everyone together?
