Interesting background leading up to your VO career my man. Love your Mr. Ed story. Must have been a hugh honor to impersonated such an icon and to have executed him so successfully - without it sounding like an impression.
I've "invented" character voices for my radio show and have done some impressions but have never received the true recognition for much of it. Although, my "dignified old man" VO I use on trailers and some ads has gotten me a bit of the spotlight and gigs.
