- HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
- Just beginning, I have always wanted to become an actor of some sort... Over the years, I became more and more interested in voice over and all it's possible applications - especially the creative and expressive uses of it. From animation to narration of documentaries to audio dramas, I want in!
The most voice-over I have done is doing "fandubs" on YouTube, a hobby involving rerecording characters and scenes from films (in my case, usually Disney films). I have been told I have always had an ear from picking up a voice and being able to mimic it. This has been reconfirmed by my many friends and subscribers on YouTube, who tell me I sound "so much like" the character I was dubbing. I also usually recreated the scene with all-new sound effects and even music (original or other soundtrack)!
I am now starting to work with voice actor K. Anderson Yancy on his audio dramas, after an enthusiastic exchanging of emails between us this past December. An immensely talented and generous gentleman, he encouraged me to pursue voice acting BIG time after viewing my YouTube Channel, as well as doing my own audio dramas... Which I will. (:~D
So, that be that. We'll see how things go. I know one thing: I truly enjoy doing voice overs! I wish all of you the best in life! Peace.
