HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
Hi. I've been doing VO work in one form or another for a long time. Here's the distilled history:
1977 - Graduated high school early, enrolled in college, studied acting in Hollywood and graduated Don Martin School of Communications. Appeared on the original "Gong Show" doing celebrity impressions.
1978 - Age: 18 - Began broadcast career doing PM Drive in Monterey, CA.
1979 - Joined AFTRA as the only full-time teenaged air personality in Los Angeles.
1982 - Hired by NBC radio division for San Francisco PM Drive slot, spending six years there.
1983 - Signed with Brebner Agency - began doing VO commercially.
1988 - Left SFO after GE sold the entire NBC radio division.
1989 - Formed Jeff McNeal Productions - developed own VO client roster.
1990 - Moved to San Diego, dabbled in radio, continued VO.
1991 - Signed with Artist Management Agency in San Diego.
1997 - Officially retired from broadcast entertainment, continued VO.
2003 - Studied with Don Morrow; Signed by Solid Talent in L.A; Joined SAG.
2004 - Chosen by NBC flagship KNBC TV as their signature promo voice.
Began 3-year term as the exclusive radio/TV commercial voice of the San Diego Padres baseball club.
2005 - Renewed contract with KNBC for two more years; Invited to join the Wintner Artist Management roster.
2006 - Added a dozen additional TV stations for news imaging and promos.
2007 - Entered into 3rd consecutive contract with KNBC for a new 6-year term.

Nicely seasoned (dry rub). Medium-rare. Never over cooked, though occasionally under booked. Best accompanied by a nice Temecula Valley Merlot. Versatile. My early years in personality-driven radio focusing on theater of the mind helped develep my ability to get into character and act with my voice, whether as a celebrity impression or as an original character. Susan Blu told me that I was "the best sounding elephant" she'd ever worked with. And apparently, she's worked with several. I'll bet she says that to all the circus animals.
DIALECTS, Character voices and vocal impressions
British, Irish, Russian (marginal), Australian, South African, French, German, South American, Asian Elephant

Senior Male, Middle Age Male, Young Adult Male
