Just one suggestion for you regarding training. You may want to get James Alburger's book, The Art of VoiceActing. It's the most comprehensive I have ever read on the subject. I believe you would find it extremely helpful. Be sure to get the 3rd edition. Most book stores have it and you can also find it at Amazon.com.
