- HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
- Voice work is a part-time job for me at the moment - though I look forward to the day I can devote my full attention to it. I operate from my studio in Fort Mill, SC (just south of Charlotte, NC), and have been giving voice to projects for over 25 years.
I knew early on that I had the gift of gab and that he wanted to put that gift to work. I've worked at several radio and TV stations in the Charlotte, NC market over the years. I was a communications major at Winthrop University and earned a state certificate in teleproduction from York Techinical College, both located in Rock HIll, SC.
My full time profession in the IT field. Finally audio production and computers have intersected in such a way that I'm able to put skills in both areas to use for my clients.
When I'm not working on computers or reading copy into a microphone, I enjoy the outdoors, my family and my pets. I've been a registered scout or adult leader in the BSA since I was 8 years old. My son, BJ, recently earned his First Class rank in Boy Scouts and is working toward his Eagle Scout badge. As an Eagle Scout myself, it makes me proud to see him enjoying scouting - and knowing that the knowledge and experiences that come with being active in scout will make him a better man.
