HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
25 years as an actor in all the media and then, thanks to Radio Nova, another 25 years as a broadcaster and voice over guy. I have not retired, nor been put out to pasture- I have been, as we say in showbiz, "resting " in the U.S. for 3 years, with the occasional voiceover to keep me sane.

On my demos, except for the female voice on the NSCC ad and the Irish voice on the Waterside ad, ALL voices are mine

I know you’ve been a member of Voiceover Universe for some time, but I wanted to introduce one of our groups to you.
I hope you'll check out and join a group called MARKETING FOR FUN AND PROFIT. It's a group dedicated to discussing ways we can market ourselves - what works; what doesn't. You’ll find some very interesting ideas and concepts there! And we would appreciate your input. Click here for the link: MARKETING FOR FUN AND PROFIT!
Thanks for your time! I trust our paths will cross soon!
Hi Bob, How are you? My wife Ciara always refers to you as a gentleman! (she was a nervous young newscaster in Energy for the shortest of stints ) Charming helpful & inclusive..rare attributes! & for the few limited times we've met I'd have to agree! ..good to join you here Bob, would love to have a beer with you sometime, I've been a fan since you took over from Terry O'Reilly ..begorrah..now that'll tell you!
Thanks, mate..The heart and mind are in good shape. Can't make much a claim for the rest of
me !! I will be charmed to join the Irish group- aside from the fact that my great-grandmother hailed from Dublin, Ireland was my home for most of my life and it is where I intend to finish it.
I lost track of Pat some years ago- do you have a contact for him- would love to re-establish.
I'm glad I got to see Chris again in the last years - spent a weekend at his pad in Hunting Way just before I came back over here. And happily spent an afternoon with Tony Allan before he passed away.
Take care. I will now go and register for the group.
Hi Bob! How you doing brother? Hoep the health heart and mind are all well my good man. Just so you know we have created an Irish group on here - you are allowed to join - the only american apart from a Kennedy allowed to join!! I really really enjoyed listening back to all the old Energy 103 breakfast stuff - it feels like home. Do you ever hear from our friend Pat these days?
I tell you this site is going to take off like rocket fuel - I can feel it.
Yes there is work for you in Ireland - the people know and love you and you are a legend in your own newscast there.
Chris Cary heard your voice and said" GET HIM ON MY STATION GET HIM ON NOW!" And the rest as they say is history!!
