HI Fizz! I think the best way to find out if there is coaching near you is to check the coaches on Voiceoveruniverse. I'm sure alot fo them have teleclasses if it turns out that nobody is near you. Also there are coaches who offer weekend condensed courses as well, which would require traveling, and may be worth it....for reputable coaches. There is also a group on voiceoveruniverse called Newbies, which will have alot of very useful information. In fact this whole site is simply loaded with really good stuff. Just know that it may take a while to get any decent work in voiceover. One or two classes really won't do it. And books and articles on being self employed and entreprenuership will be very helpful, because that;s what most of us are.....self employed.
