The simple answer is no, it is not active. This we site used to be run by Rick Party. If you go to Facebook and search for Voiceover Universe you will find a Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/voiceoveruniverse/. You can also search for the key phrase "Voice Over" to find several relevant VO groups.
